2 Minute Read

Aniline is pleased to announce the release of our annual employee perception review, the Top 22 for ’22. This year’s report looks at two separate categories including, 22 Large Companies to Watch and 22 Mid-Sized Companies to Watch. We’re thrilled to highlight these companies as each one has created an outstanding work environment that deserves to be recognized.

After reviewing public social media posts of employees from more than 70,000 companies across all industries, the 44 companies we’re recognizing have employees who are highly engaged and have bought into their company’s leadership, strategy, purpose and vision. We know this because they said so, without being prompted.

How we created the Top 22 for ‘22

All 70,000 companies were evaluated using Aniline’s unique natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies. We processed millions of employee opinions across time and scored each narrative based on nine separate categories of employee perception:

  1. Integrity
  2. Leadership
  3. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
  4. Work Life Balance
  5. Career
  6. Workplace
  7. Compensation
  8. Benefits
  9. Hiring

To make the Top 22, we used some tough criteria as of 12/31/2021:

This is no small feat, and we believe it is a predictor of organizational success in the coming year.

We wish the people of the Top 22 continued success in 2022. For all of you, we hope to help you meet your human capital goals in what looks to be a challenging year ahead. To help you meet those goals, we offer each company on our platform a 30-day free trial of the Aniline Insider application; sign up at https://app.aniline.io/sign-up today!
